All calls to Emax will be handled professionally, courteously, and friendly. Follow up on the call script as necessary in order to handle the outbound and inbound calls promptly.
Ascertain that customer data is taken when it is relevant
Service levels and customer complaints are addressed in the most professional manner possible.
Excellent customer service standards are maintained while answering customers' telephone questions
Follow-up with the service and sales team to resolve customer complaints
Responsible for calling customers to inform them about special offers or promotions.
To maintain a customer database to facilitate Cross-selling activities.
