Position title

Job Responsibilities

  • When customers enter or leave the store, greet them.
  • Cash registers allow you to manage transactions with customers.
  • Take a scan of the goods to ensure accurate pricing.
  • You can collect payments in cash or credit.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or tickets.
  • Coupons and stamps can be redeemed.
  • Cross-sell products, and introduce new ones.
  • Help customers resolve their complaints, guide them, and give relevant information.
  • Track balance sheet transactions and report discrepancies.
  • Manage merchandise exchanges and returns.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience as a retail cashier or in a similar sales role.
  • Familiarity and familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash registers and POS.
  • Good math skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and time management.
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented.
