A brief overview of the role
You will work as part of the Sales team for Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. This will allow you to maximize every sales opportunity and establish long-term business relationships with all our customers. Your responsibilities include achieving sales targets with retained gross margins and maximizing the uptake of Finance and Insurance products, trade-ins and accessory sales. You will also be expected to maintain CSV & NPS standards throughout the customer journey.


What will you do

  • Sales Volume: Maintain and achieve the Company's sales standards in his/her field of operation. This improves and sustains the company image, brand prestige, and reputation.
  • Customer Satisfaction: To achieve or exceed CSI/NSP goals, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Company Sales and Prospecting Systems - Follow company sales and prospecting procedures. Reach or exceed your target for the number of prospects logged, which will ensure the achievement of the Company's business goals and a greater customer/prospect base
  • Cash and Credit Control: Make sure that the Company procedures are followed when handling cash or credit customers. This will ensure cash safety and minimize the risk of loss.
  • Improvement and upgrading: Continuously update and improve knowledge, particularly product range, features, general automobile industry, new features, and their benefits, as well as technical developments, market trends and selling techniques. This in turn enhances performance.


Skills required to succeed

  • Desirable: 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Skills in upselling and the ability to create value with new products
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Demonstrable ability to influence customers' choices and strong negotiation skills


Information about the team
This role is responsible for achieving Branch Sales and F&I goals while simultaneously making sure that every customer receives a single-stop sale. The role holder interacts directly with the Branch Manager, Branch Sales Executives, and Branch Support staff. To achieve their goals, people working in the automotive retail industry are often required to work long hours on weekends and evenings.


What do you need to be able to play the role?

  • Education with a degree or diploma is preferred but not required
  • It is essential to have at minimum 2 years of experience in similar sales positions in retail sales.
  • English is the most important language. Arabic is also desirable. Other languages, such as Urdu and Hindi, Tagalog, Farsi, Tagalog and Tagalog are also useful.
  • Leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills, ability build strong customer relationships and conflict resolution, ability think clearly under pressure and take decisive action. A strong team player.
  • A UAE Driving license required
  • Knowledge of automotive technology, negotiation, and influence skills
