Assist with the End-to-End Management of Trading & Merchandising Operations and Strategies in reaching Sandro/Maje/Ted Baker Ecom revenue target and associated KPIs. (Forecast. Revenues. Merchandising. Content. Website trading & marketing-related KPIs).

 

Job Description

  • Maintenance of static pages: Terms & conditions, Store locator, About us.

Content

  • Optimize content (descriptions, images, etc)
  • Support data specialist for content corrections

Optimize site performance

  • Site auditing
  • Data-driven opportunities for improvement such as design changes through testing, site search, customer journey to convert
  • VOC can be used to improve the product and enhance the customer experience

Ecommerce improvements in general are related to trading

  • Customer feedback, return and refund processes, last mile experience

 

What will you do

 

Assortment Management

  • Assist with site merchandising activities, including the creation of collection pages, Ving in accordance with brand requirements, and supporting data specialist
  • The briefing is a platform that supports online merchants. It allows them to set up online campaigns for paid marketing, email, SMS, and more.
  • Support merchandisers with reporting activities on an ad hoc, daily/weekly, and monthly basis

 

Merchandising:

  • Data-driven product marketing for Homepage, Categories, Sub-Categories, and Landing Pages
  • Collect pages and promotional categories aligned to the brand calendar
  • Promoter activity
  • Daily site audits
  • Product data sanity (titles, descriptions, prices, content, prices), availability

 

Product Lifecycle

  • Product substitution, product end-of-life products, and new product launches

 

Website animations & updates:

  • Updates to the Homepage, Category, Campaigns, & Brand Landing Pages
  • Calendar promotions and campaign management
  • Highlights from the USPs

 

Website maintenance

  • Financial Support
  • Assist with the Merchandising & Trading of the various e-Stores. Maximize cross & upselling, product positioning, stock availability, and stock availability
  • Assist with the daily/weekly management of products that are going live, ensuring 100% accuracy in product content and assets.
  • Assist online merchandisers and E-com managers in executing the Marketing Plan. Emails and content for the Homepage.
  • Support Weekly/Monthly Market Analysis highlighting Opportunities and Risks
  • Establishing strong relationships with internal teams. To support timely execution, internal teams need a communicator who is a good communicator
  • Assist e-commerce initiatives & projects and ensure timely delivery of quality products by working with multiple internal stakeholders

 

Skills required to succeed

 

  • Experience in building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience in reporting, GA and other tools. Analytical and numerical skills.
  • Google Analytics and other reporting tools: Experience in Google Analytics
  • Strong eye for product and trading
  • Commercial skills that are commercially savvy.
  • High customer focus and ability to understand customers' requirements
  • Passionate about digital and brands, and able to communicate with multiple stakeholder stakeholders.

 

What qualifies you to play the role?

 

Minimum Knowledge and Experience:

  • Graduate/ Diploma Holder
  • Minimum of 1 year of eCommerce experience, preferably in fashion retail.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce & retail processes
  • Expertise in Shopify, Cloud Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Big commerce, or an equivalent.
  • Both e-tail and retail experience matter.
