HR MANAGER-We are a growing Company in business for 26 years. We have a Software Export Division and a Manpower Consultancy Division. Our US Company has Preferred Vendor relationship with clients like
Boeing, Merck, Pfizer, Sanofi, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis etc.

We are adding a HR Manager to join our team in Cochin to support our US HR processes.

It is a newly created position to help the company’s goal to double in size every 3 years!.
It is a regular full-time position with attractive salary and perks.

Key Responsibilities:


HR MANAGER-Actively support company’s vision and growth plans
Manage onboarding process – New-hire paperwork, background checks, drug tests, etc
Manage bi-weekly payroll for 300 employees in 15 states with complex rules and regulations
Manage employee benefits – Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), 401(k), PTO etc
Handle issues of diverse employees (IT/Clinical/Scientific/Engineering/Admin, in 4 time zones, 15
states and 20+ client sites)
Manage compliance with government regulations and requirements of clients
Monitoring and adherence to HR policies in the organization

Key Traits and Qualifications:


Good judgment, professional integrity and accountability
Self motivated, organized, detail oriented and pro-active
Well rounded HR generalist experience
Successful track record of implementing HR strategies to achieve business goals
Experience working with leaders and employees at all levels of an organization
7+ years of Human Resources experience covering many US HR functions
2+ years of HR Managerial experience in companies with 200-500 employees
Service industry experience
Direct interaction experience with clients/employees in USA
Great communication and inter-personal skills
