1- Territory Account Executive
About the Role:
The Territory Sales Rep owns the prospecting of opportunities with our customers and prospects. In this role, the Territory Sales Rep interacts mostly with customers through digital channels with standard solutions.
A- Owns the identification, primarily working on warm leads. Qualification of the leads to maintain a balanced pipeline and consistent revenue stream .
B- Contributes to territory plans to proactively manage a large portfolio of prospect and existing customers in cooperation with Genesys reseller partners.
C- Support Genesys Reseller partners cross selling and upselling opportunities.
D- Owns joint customer outreach to identify and qualify expansion opportunities.
A– 1-2 years of sales or business development experience in a SaaS environment.
B– You should be willing and able to work with the Reseller Partners to push the opportunities through the Channel.
C– You will have experience in approaching new customers though leads.
D– You should enjoy that feeling of identifying new opportunities and bring these to a close.
