1– Events Manager
Responsibilities & Duties:
A- Community Events Strategy and Plan: Support the Marketing and CRM teams with development of the community engagement plan through appropriate initiatives/idea generation. Support with idea generation to work into events strategies to target and reach customers with clear, compelling marketing messages that drive traffic to events, resulting in increased awareness, leads and sales. Support the CRM/REM teams with community communication and activation as needed.
B- Event Effectiveness and Impact: Conduct analysis of attendance, engagement, lead and sales to highlight overall effectiveness and learnings for future strategies
C- Competitor Tracking: Collect, collate and share competitor data on all event activities within and around Sharjah, Dubai and the UAE (community, sales launches, etc.) and share information with project team. This also includes keeping up-to-date on all trending events and best practices from around the world.
A- University Degree Graduate (Marketing or related field).
B- 5+ year’s event experience, preferably with community events/Luxury brands events or Hospitality.
C- Middle East experience (preferred).
