General and specialized tasks

1 Contribute to the development of human capital development policies, scientific research and case studies

2 Contributing to scholarship programs for human capital development programs and submitting reports.

3 Organizing events, exhibitions, conferences and workshops related to the development of human capital

4 Contribute to the study of human capital projects and the preparation of the required budget.

5 Ensuring the smoothness and accuracy of information for data related to human capital development programs and projects.

6 Preparing and implementing a system for keeping files, documents, administrative decisions, and all incoming and outgoing correspondences to ensure easy reference to them when needed.

7 Communicate and coordinate with all organizational units and third parties regarding the contribution to the coordination of all human capital work, tasks, programs and projects.

8 Organizing the daily work by making timetables and prioritizing them according to the instructions and orders issued by the direct manager.

9 Receiving all incoming correspondence, documenting and saving them according to priority, and following up on the instructions issued by the entity and presenting them to the director of the department.

10 Receiving and following up the requests or phone calls to the department, and informing the direct manager of their contents.

11 Organizing purchase requests and financial budgets and presenting them to the direct supervisor

12 Assistance in preparing the agenda, programs and knowledge projects.

13 Preparing detailed reports for projects and submitting them to the direct supervisor

14 Contribute to institutional and knowledge quality procedures

15 Preparing and documenting the minutes of the management’s meetings

16 Any other tasks assigned to him by the direct manager

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration or equivalent in a similar field 3-5 years experience
